Job Posting for Executive Director of USADSF

USA Deaf Sports Federation (USADSF) is seeking to contract with or possibly employ an experienced Executive Director to provide supportive and effective leadership. This Executive Director shall maintain organizational stability and bring their knowledge and skills to keep the strategic work of the organization active. The Executive Director shall oversee the budget, supervise interns, sustain organizational visibility and communications, support key relationships, manage programs and operational systems. The successful Director shall have demonstrated experience in organization development, coaching, fundraising and resource development, human resources and financial management. SERVICE PERIOD AND TERMS The Contract or employment will be for a minimum of 12 months from date of award with an option to extend at the same prices and conditions for up to twelve additional months at the mutual option of the USADSF Board. The Consultant/Employee will work between 15 to 20 hours/week or more should the Executive Director want to assume additional responsibilities of book keeping, social-media, and grant writing. We encourage the proposal to include a vision of the scope of work and how many hours that would entail for the applicant as well as if the applicant would prefer to be classified as a consultant or as an employee.
