Matthew Klotz (swimming) named ICSD Sportsman of the Year, capping off record year

The International Committee of Sports for the Deaf (@deaflympics) today announced that American Deaflympian Matthew Klotz, who also swims for @LSU Tigers, has been named the 2018 Sportsman of the Year.
