LUBLIN, POLAND—The Women's Deaf National Team wrapped up pool play on Monday with a convincing victory against a shorthanded Greek team. Greece had lost their best player, Alexandra Kotsiafti, the night before to a sprained ankle. With Kotsiafti looking on from the sidelines, USA nabbed 21 offense boards and scored 50 paint points en route to a 76-50 win. The win, coming on the heels of Lithuania's last-second defeat of Turkey, vaulted USA atop Group B on point differentials.

Cassidy Perry, Nukeitra Hayes and Hannah Neild led the USA with 16, 17
and 20 points, respectively.  Perry was 8 for 12 from the floor,
shooting 66% with 10 rebounds and 4 assists. USA combined for 17 assists and forced 22 turnovers while committing only 12.  All players on the American squad played double digit minutes.

USA rests for a day as the Quarterfinals begin on Wednesday July 3. USA faces Ukraine at 7pm Central European Summer Time (1pm EST).
