Independent candidates are sought from the Deaf sports community and the general public. Interested individuals should have demonstrated experience and expertise in one or more of the following areas:

Written English or ASL (American Sign Language) resumes and cover letters are welcome. In the cover letter, please explain why you are interested, how you can contribute, and your areas of expertise. References are strongly encouraged. Successful candidates will be required to pass a NCSI background check. Additionally, completion of the SafeSport certification is required within forty-five (45) days of appointment. Ability to communicate effectively in American Sign Language required,

About USADSF
Founded in 1945, USADSF is the sole ICSD-recognized national governing body responsible for the selection and training of United States athletes in the Deaflympic Games, Deaf World Championships, the Pan-American Games, and other ICSD- sanctioned Games. USADSF exercises oversight of over twenty affiliated Deaf National Sport Organizations (NSOs) and National Sport Committees (NSCs) in the United States and participates in United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC)’s Affiliate Organizations Council (AOC).
The mission of USADSF is to empower USA Deaflympic and Deaf National Team athletes to continuously reach their highest competitive potential and promote accessible and inclusive sports environments and experiences for Deaf and Hard of Hearing athletes.
